Due to the age and original quality of many of these titles, we do not accept any responsibility as to the completeness, or print quality of any title. PLEASE CHECK the original archive as well as the sample pages if available before ordering. Occasionally, errors may occur during the book setup process, and we strive to correct them promptly.

Additionally, occasionally they may be errors in the cataloging data and/or covers for some titles. We pull cataloging data directly from the originating archives. You need to contact the original archive to correct the errors.

NOTE: Due to the sheer volume of titles and to keep costs down, we have partnered with the some of the leading print on demand vendors to handle our orders. Please keep in mind that payments and orders are processed by our print partners, and they should be contacted first in case of a problem. We do not have direct access to the customer service and ordering systems used by our vendors, and in most cases will not be able to help.

Amazon.com - this partner handles most soft cover orders. Their order, payment and shipping policies can be found here.

Lulu Enterprises - this printing partner handles all hard cover, coil and saddle stitch orders, as well as some soft cover orders. Their order, payment and shipping policies can be found here.

PublishYourSefer.com - we handle bulk, custom and wholesale orders directly. For retail orders, you can see our current policies here. For phone orders of reprints, a service fee of $20-$50 will be assessed depending on the size of the order. However, ordering and shipping information is determined by each vendor. We merely place the order on your behalf. For all other orders, your terms are determined on a contract by contract basis.

To the best of our knowledge and ability, only titles that are no longer copyrighted and are in public domain under United States law are available through this reprint program. Content under copyright are available only if we have express written consent of the author or copyright holder. If you see a title that you believe is currently copyrighted, OR if you are an author of an out of print title currently under copyright that you would like to reprint via our program, please contact us promptly. We may require legal proof of copyrights.

NOTE: We are based in the United States and operate in accordance with US laws on IPR as well as any international treaties as they are interpreted by US laws and US courts. If you are located outside the US, it is your responsibility to determine that the titles you are ordering are not under copyright in your country.
