This section covers all of the official policies for our online store. Please note that reprint orders are NOT handled by our store and must be placed directly with our partners. Please see the reprints section for more information or contact us directly.

RETURN POLICY: Most of the items that we print and sell directly are printed using print on demand technology. A copy of the item that you purchase is printed from scratch when your order is placed. Due to the unique nature of print on demand, we are unable to issue refunds or accept returns, UNLESS the items ordered are misprinted or physically damaged during shipping.

SHIPPING: Because of the nature of on demand technology, please allow upto three weeks for your order to be printed and shipped. We use USPS, DHL, Fedex and UPS for domestic shipping. International shipping varies by country, and the receiver is held responsible for any custom duties.

LOCAL DELIVERY: We offer limited local pickup/delivery options for the Baltimore area (within the Baltimore Eruv and to Ner Israel only). Please contact us about local shipping options.

PAYMENTS: All orders and payments for our online store must be made via Google Checkout which accepts all major credit cards. Phone and mail orders can be paid by personal or business check, or money order. We do not accept credit cards for phone or mail orders, unless Google Checkout is used.
